1. Acceptance of Spire Terms

By accessing Altitude Flora, you agree to these terms governing our simulated social casino.

2. Age Eligibility

Players must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Spire.

3. Explicit No-Real-Money Clause

Altitude Flora is a strictly social casino environment. No real money is wagered, and no real-world prizes can be won.

4. Rules Governing Nectar Drops (NDP) Utility

Nectar Drops (NDP) have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are solely for simulated gameplay.

5. User Conduct and Exploitation Prohibitions

Use of automated scripts or exploits to artificially inflate Nectar Drops balances is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All botanical assets, including Canopy Reels and Blossom Roulette designs, remain the property of Altitude Flora Social Ltd.

7. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to reset guest balances or suspend accounts violating these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Altitude Flora is provided 'as is'. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
